How long does a project take?
Delivery time depends on the complexity of the project and typically ranges from 4 to 10 weeks from the moment the design is approved. The exact timeline is agreed individually during the consultation.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes, the first consultation and measurement are completely free and non-binding. We can come to you or you are welcome to visit our showroom.
How does payment work?
We work on a deposit basis: 30% after the design is approved and the contract signed, 70% before installation. Details are agreed individually.
Can I make changes during the design phase?
Absolutely — we make any changes during the design phase until you are fully satisfied. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What warranty do you offer on your furniture?
We provide a 3-year warranty on our furniture. After-warranty service is available at any time — we are here for you long after installation is complete.
