Is the first consultation free?
Yes, a consultation at our office is free and without obligation. Measurement at the client’s location is a paid service — the cost of the measurement will be deducted from the order value if you decide to proceed with us.
How does the payment process work?
We process orders on an advance payment basis: 60% of the order value is due after signing the contract, and the remaining amount after completion of the project. This model ensures transparency and security for both parties.
What warranty do you offer on the furniture?
We provide a 2‑year warranty on the furniture we produce. We also offer post-warranty service, remaining available to clients even after the project is completed.
